Hello!
I finally got all my parts and assembled the System. Now i wanted to install OSX but sadly i encountered some troubles. Everytime i want to install the system i get a hang at PCI Configuration Begin.

Here are my Specs:
Asus Z9PA-D8
Xeon 2630v2
GTX 680

I know that some guys run OSX86 on similar specs and i feel like i tried every solution out there and every combination of bootflags. I suppose i have missed the right one and thats why i'm turning to you. Can anyone give me a hint which flags should work?

So far i have tried: GraphicsEnabler=Yes/No, npci=0x2000/0x3000, PCIRootUID=0/1 and several others like cpus=1 and so on.

I hope someone here can give me some advice as i'm a little frustrated right now.

-v npci=0x2000 worked for me. Did you change your motherboard Bios settings?

Yes i followed some guide for ASUS motherboards i did change a few things like disable network stack and so on. Should i reset the BIOS?

I reset the BIOS and i tried what you said but once again the system goes black after PCI Config Begin. :/

hmm, i don't want to mislead you with my very limited knowledge but I think it could be your hardware.. are you sure those are all supported and compatible components? i think the best thing to do right now is to use the search bar on top to see if those components ever worked with other people.. I remember seeing many posts about people getting stuck at PCI configuration

This guy seems to have successfully installed a hackintosh on a c602 chipset board. And if i Google it i can find several entries of people stating that they run OSX86 on similar or even the same boards. But none of them are posting any info on how they installed it.

I'm really stuck i don't know what else to do. :/

*bump*

Does any1 have fresh ideas as i am still stuck. :( Or could someone message the person who was reporting success in the thread i linked? The forum software prevents me from doing so. :/

Greetings,
Kanako

Hey did anyone ever get graphics on the Asus Z9PA-D8 to work?

Own that board too and nothing i try works. Have wasted days to get past the [PCI Configuration Begin]...
