Install Config Help Required

I am running OS X 10.9.1 on my first hackintosh (rig visible in signature), but I didn't configure everything properly and have been facing some issues (didn't enable TRIM, occasional crashing after USB insert, shutdown sometimes reboots, QE/CI enabling).

Since the solutions to many of these issues require reinstalling via MultiBeast and I must update to latest os, I have decided to go for give this another go and clean install. Thus, I have made two bootable USB drives— one for OS X 10.9.2 and one for Windows 8.1.

This go through, however, it would be greatly appreciated if (a) more knowledgeable individual(s) would provide assistance in MultiBeast configurations, BIOS settings, kernel extensions, general instructions, etc. I only ask of this because my knowledge of hardware, OS X, and this entire hackintosh field is extremely limited, and it would be a gift to start off on the correct foot.

That said, I would like to get this sorted out as soon as possible, and all help is appreciated.

Your multiple post around this forum are not gonna help you resolve your issues. The are many people here using the same MB, suggest you do a search to get your answers... You have access to all the necessary info for a successful build.

Sorry, I am just a bit overwhelmed by the number of different options. You seem to have experience with different builds and configurations. I am going on the path of DSDT free. My rig is in the signature.

Would you (or anyone else) be able to provide assistance here? Anything related to "MultiBeast configurations, BIOS settings, kernel extensions, general instructions, etc." needed for my setup is appreciated.

**Also, specifically about BIOS settings, I am unable to find a list of what I need anywhere. I'm on a UEFI (the cool colorful) BIOS, I remember something about how I need to change this?

because I thought it'd probably be a better place since it was dealing with that configuration specifically, if you happen to know the answer, go ahead and give it a reply there! (note that I do have some additional parts and some different parts -- besides mobo and cpu -- than the ones tony was using)

Also, do you have any advice on settings for dual booting with the 2 ssds (1 boot drive per OS) and 1 hdd (exFAT shared storage) or a recommended guide?
