GA-H87N-WIFI with i3-4340 - CPU Fault

I'm new to CustoMac and My first Build went bonkers. I'm building a CustoMini GA-H87N-WIFI and i3-4340. During Install, after it starts with Apple circle, It goes with Panic: CPU Fault.


I thought it was a faulty CPU and got a replacement and again its the same. Any help pls?

i have 5 haswell builds all using i3 4340 i use clover and tested chimera it works fine on both. odds r u r getting a phantom kp turn the power switch off on the psu let sit for 2 min then try again it should clear. use dvi for install hd4600

Thanks for the input. I tried this and bunch of other things. Power cycling didn't do the trick. Finally it boiled down to RAM issue.
I've 16G RAM and if I don't set maxmem to be less than 16G during the boot, I get KP.
Now, I've set maxmem=14336 in the Config file under /Extra/<forgot the file name>

I now set the MAXMEM= 16128. About this Mac is showing 15.75G. I'll leave it at this..

I have pretty much the same build and the same problem so i wanted to ask you if you can elaborate on how to do this? all i see is modules and themes folder, and org.chameleon.Boot.plist and a smbios.plist file. What should i choose if i have 8gb of ram (two sticks of 4). oh i guess i should also ask if i only use 4gb (one stick) what the magic number would be as well.... which btw i found that taking one stick out fixed some other random freezing randomly (about 2-5 minutes after logging in to mavericks and yosemite). thanks for you help 67BGTEV!
