Installation Guide
USB:
Follow the UniBeast Guide to create a 10.9.4 USB stick on a Mac.
Bios Setup:
According to the general Tonymacx86 suggestion with only one difference : OS support in BIOS : Win8 WHQL selected instead of Other. I do not know why my system under OSX is much stable.
Onboard Audio and Igpu completly off.
Install Mac OS X: / based on misosoup7's great guide
You can now plug in all the drives.
b. Boot using the Mac OS X USB stick, use the following Boot args
Code:
maxmem=4096
c. Use disk utility to format the Mac OS X SSD to Mac OS X Journaled / GUID
d. Install OS X onto that drive. You can follow the UniBeast guide up to the MultiBeast part.
e. The computer should automatically reboot when it's done installing and you'll see the Chimera boot menu. This time choose Mavericks or whatever you named your partition and boot with the following Boot args
Code:
maxmem=4096 -x
f. Start up MultiBeast and choose the following settings: (6.4.1)Quick Start > DSDT Free
Drivers > Disk > 3rd Party SATA
Drivers > Disk > TRIM Enabler > 10.9.4 TRIM Patch
Drivers > Misc > FakeSMC v6.8.1307

MAKE SURE YOU TURN OFF Customize > Boot Options > Generate CPU States
This is important since if you generate CPU states, TurboBoost will prevent your Hackintosh from booting. You need to either turn this off or turn TurboBoost off.
g. Do restart ! after reboot
h.Follow this guide here to generate CPU States.http://www.tonymacx86.com/mavericks-desktop-support/128926-mavericks-native-cpu-igpu-power-management.html IMPORTANT !! The guide mentioning on 9 series boards DROPSSDT=YES not necessary and couses crashes. (It is true, I tried )
i. fix iMessage by follow this guide http://www.tonymacx86.com/general-help/110471-how-fix-imessage.html Comment: The fix works perfectly, but I need an Apple technical support validation of my APPLEID. I do it by phone without any problem. On the phone I mentioning the "situation" about my setup. No problem Imessage works also perfectly.
Final thoughts:
It was approx. 10 reinstall to get the best end the beast configuration. I guess it is about a relative new hardware configuration. Thanks to Tonymacx86 Team I've got a super fast, stable, good looking OSX 10.9.4 beside my unmissable Windows 8.1 (mainly for gaming).
At the moment I am waiting for the final solution for 9 series HDMI audio, but as I use external USB soundcards and headsets it is not a critical for me.
If you need I try to share my further experiences . . .
GOOD luck
