HP 8510w 3 minutes to sleep is it dsdt related ?

hey everyone,
I have installed Lion (UniBeast) on my laptop successfully .

I have found a DSDT already compiled (it error free)

but I have 2 problems :

1. shutdown - going black screen but stays on
(I have to shut it down manually but I can live with that)

2. Sleep - when I order my laptop so go into sleep it goes into black screen instantly - but only shuts down after 3 minutes or so.
I have no software open.

Is it DSDT related ?

I don't know if its patched correctly.
