That's great Stubbz. Now if you want to eek out a bit more of your performance, you may want to go here:

    here

and ask Tutor to see if he would be willing to help you learn how to UNDERCLOCK your CPUs to get the MOST out of them and you will in turn help your CPUs become MORE efficient, faster AND keep your CPUs cooler (to last for years to come). I've been able to take my EVGA SR-2 (Dual CPU setup) with X5690's and (so far) reach a bit over 34,000 in my GB scores. I'm sure you could probably get close to that or even more as Tutor is at over 40,000 on his. He really is the MASTER when it comes to this kind of stuff. Hope you take the challenge. Later...
    THE HACKINBEAST = EVGA SR-2/2xX5690's/6870 2GB GPU/48GB Mushkin RAM/LEPA G1600 PSU/Silverstone TJ11 Case
UNDERCLOCKED Rendering - Geekbench Score: 36,918 / Cinebench 11.5: OpenGL: 50.65 fps, CPU: 22.55 pts

    Re: 128GB RAM and 16 cores / 32 threads X9DAI

Trying this out on my dual 2687w system with X9DAi. Got most everything working hardware-wise except the cpu seems stuck at 1200Mhz. I've been playing with bios power management settings and MultiBeast with no success. Pretty new to Hackintoshes - Any tips or tricks?

    X9DAi with 1.0 BIOS
    MultiBeast 4.6.1

    Thanks much!

    I have a x9dai + 2x E5 2687w too ... but no boot, no video : screen stay black.

To everyone who owns 2x Xeon E5 2687w, what is your PSU mode l?

    Cheers.

Try and reboot off of iBoot, and reinstall easy beast through multibeast... that should fix any problems you may have.

Great to see others joining the E5-2600 fray!

I spent some time trying to work up SSDT fixes for the PStates, but never managed to get mine to do anything more than the 1.2/2.6 GHz basics (I've got the 2.6 GHz E5). With these, I've managed 27k GB scores but the chips have more in them as I'm at about 30k under Linux.

Anyone manage to get TurboBoost going?
