Well, for the last few days I've been fiddling with 10.7.2 trying to get everything to function as best as possible.

Installation went something like this:

1) Install 10.7 via Unibeast (with only 1x4GB RAM)
2) Install combo update to 10.7.2
3) Without restarting use these settings in Multibeast:

4) Restart OSX.
5) Everything (but minor artefacts with the HD 3000) is working perfectly, sound is clear and both screens are running correctly. Videos/dvd's play perfectly/etc

The problem: Whenever I reboot or shutdown OSX I lose audio, it says "No input/output..." in system prefs.

If I want my sound back I have to manually delete the old kext files (AppleHDA/ALC8xxHDA/etc) and reinstall the audio drivers using these settings in Multibeast and reboot:

Any ideas?

Bump? Tried hard restarting (aka push the restart button on my PC) first time I logged in fine, second time, nothin.

Also basic internal speaker output is all I need working, I don't care about anything else.

Before restart, with sound:

Post restart, without sound:
