OS select installation options greyed out

when i try to select "lion" in multibeast, all options are greyed out:

freshly formattet USB stick is in the USB port.

OSX lion install USB stick is in the other port.

The Installer has to be in the application folder. But I get an error message, although I used the installer to setup my actual OS on a Mac.

I don't come over this. So my Hackintosh experience seems to be stopped here already.
