Many thanks to cpo_pertwee for the DSDT. http://www.tonymacx86.com/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=60867

To install DSDT and network we need to select in MultiBeast (4.5.2) these options:

Now upgrade to 10.7.4.

For gray screen freeze temporarily boot with option: "GraphicsEnabler=No" or "PCIRootUID=1".

We need to install "NVIDIA OpenCL support" with MultiBeast and the freeze should be fixed too.

Now we need to fix CPU clock speed problems that come with 10.7.4 with MultiBeast.

To fix HD orange icon select "IOAHCIBlockStorageInjector" in MultiBeast.

Sound
I didn't get through with the modified AppleHDA for ALC887:
http://www.tonymacx86.com/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=59061

So I used a modified VoodoHDA for ALC887:
http://www.osx86.net/view/2780-voodoohda_for_alc887.html

But i got random boot kernel panics. To solve that:
http://olarila.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=18&t=454

Then I got this modified VoodooHDA ALC887 for H61M-S2PV:

Hey, I have very similar hardware to you, same motherboard, and same graphics card, except mine is the nVidia GT520; however, I can't get anywhere. Under installation, you've linked the instructions to install Lion, but to do that, you already need to have Snow Leopard installed; whenever I use the iBoot disc, and then put in my SL install disc, it just loads for a while, then I get to the screen where it tells you to restart.

Did you manage to install SL fine? And do you have any suggestions? Thanks!

But you can't install straight to Lion? You can only get to it by upgrading from SL, or so I thought? So did you not have some form of Mac OSX install in the first place to upgrade to Lion?

I've got things working using PCIRootUID=1 on boot, but now, when following your instructions, I don't have some of the options available Multibeast, what version of Multibeast did you use?

Sound works thanks to your "VoodooHDA ALC887 - H61M-S2PV.zip".

Nice work!

Has anyone tried to install OS X 10.9.2 with this mb?
