I Have tried before to install maverick onto it but i got some weird error that half of the setup screen was in the corner and i could not click the next buttons while setting up the mac. Can anyone help? or see if it is compatibly?

System: manufacturer/model + bootloader(Clover/Chameleon/Chimera)
CPU: detailed CPU model + motherboard chipset
Graphics: all graphics devices + laptop internal screen resolution

For example, typical Ivy laptop:
System: HP ProBook 4540s (Clover)
CPU: i5-3320m/HM76
Graphics: HD4000, 1366x768

Use CPU-Z on Windows to find CPU (Core iX-xxx) and motherboard chipset (HMxx), and graphics capabilities. For a laptop, these details are important and affect critical installation procedures.

System: HP Pavilion dv7 notebook PC Model:18ID (Ivy Bridge) Don't know bootloader
CPU: Intel Core i7 3610QM
Graphics: Intel HD Graphics 4000/Nvida GeForce GT 630M 1gb, 1920x1080

This is the error I recieved the last time I tried:

For 1080p HD4000, you must use an alternate ig-platform-id. It is covered in this guide: http://www.tonymacx86.com/yosemite-...-booting-os-x-installer-laptops-unibeast.html

If you have UEFI, you should consider using Clover: http://www.tonymacx86.com/yosemite-...oting-os-x-installer-laptops-clover-uefi.html

Please add your hardware details to your profile as requested in post #2.

fixed  I take this Guide to install, but i don´t know what to do next. I created USB just as the same as in tutorial and i failed on point 3. here is a picture View attachment 20150129_154111.jpg.zip. What I need to change in org.chameleon.Boot.plist? i would be happy to get your help

I'm a noob at this, please tell me what I must to do next. I have successfully installed ML. Then I moved from usb ProBook-Installer on SSD. There will need to choose your notebook, but I don´t know which version is more like my notebook. I chose different settings, but nothing happens. :banghead:

Your laptop is not one of the supported laptops for the ProBook Installer. You can only use the SSDT generator. Most of the other options in the ProBook Installer are not applicable to your laptop.
