Hello all. I am trying to get OS X Mavericks to install on my Dell XPS 12 (9Q33). As of right now I get to the gray screen with the Apple logo but no spinning circle under it. Here is a link to the laptop specs:
http://www.dell.com/us/p/xps-12-9q33/pd?c=us&cs=19&l=en&s=dhs&~ck=mn
Intel i5-4200u
Intel HD 4400
Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260 + Bluetooth 4.0
I have built one machine prior to this so I am kind of familiar with the process of installing the OS, granted it was a desktop build with a i7-3770k and a Gigabyte board so there was not much for me to do to get it to work.
I am not concerned with the wireless at this point since I know from searching around that the Intel wireless chips are not supported.
Any help would be nice.
Thank you.

I am pretty happy with things so far. My biggest thing I want to get working is the power management. I would like things to not be running full throttle all of the time.
Working
Audio - Using SoundBlaster X-Fi USB adapter
Battery Status - Installed ACPI Batter Driver and it popped right up (should have done this first didn't have to patch anything after all)
Intel HD Graphics 4400 - QE/CI appear to be working perfectly
Semi-Working
Trackpad - no three finger scrolling
Bluetooth - Sometimes there, sometimes not
Not Working
Mac App Store - Unable to log in
Power Management - CPU still running at full turbo boost, fans always on
Built-in WiFi - Intel Based
Built-in Audio - Realtek ALC668 (looks like there are other people trying to get it to work but no luck yet)
Touchscreen - have not even attempted to get working yet. I consider getting this to work a bonus
*UPDATE 2013-12-10*
After messing around and following some tips from this thread I have a functional system. I will update with the links i used to download stuff to get it working soon. I just wanted to give a quick update before leaving the house today.
Working
Boots into OS X without using safe mode
1920x1080 resolution (no glitches anymore. used recommendation to set resolution in enoch)
Wireless - Tenda W311M working
Trackpad - used voodooPS2 found on another site. two finger scrolling works great. Have not messed with 3 finger functions yet
Semi Working:
Bluetooth - sometimes it is there and sometimes it isnt.
Not working:
Built-in Wireless - Its an intel chipset so i know it wont work anyway. Going to try a small USB adapter
Power Management - Fans always seem on and cannot view battery info in tool bar
Audio
Touchscreen
