Hi,

I burned iBoot on a DVD+RW (4,7 GB), but it wont Boot when i start the computer...
Is there a reason why?
I hope somebody can help me.

Greets,
Twan

Set the boot order in your bios to DVD first then try it.

Already did, starts from Windows.
Already tried to disable Windows HDD, then it restarts into BIOS.

You could completely disconnect the Windows drive and then see if it works.
What drive will you be installing Snow Leopard on ?

I cant disconnect the windows hard drive, its internal.
Im gonna install it on an SSD (200 GB).
I have an MSI Laptop, maybe i need another iBoot version (NVIDIA GTX 950M, Intel Core i7)?

You should be using iBoot Haswell burned to a cd is optimal. Are you able to open up the laptop
at all ? You should also have the ssd connected via sata and not usb.

The SSD is internal, not via USB cable.
I will try to burn Iboot Hasswell. Im using ImgBurn, is that good?

Yes, that's ok. You should probably do some more research in the Laptops

http://www.tonymacx86.com/el-capita...-hp-elitebook-probook-others-clover-uefi.html
section about the requirements for a laptop to be compatible with OS X. Laptops with discrete
graphics cards can be used but they are not the best choice. You have to disable the discrete card
and use only the onboard Intel gfx.

I did, but the only thing necessary now is that he needs to boot up from iBoot. I hope he will boot from Haswell. ImgBurn is burning the iso right now.

Nope, iBoot stil wont boot. Maybe because im using an DVD and not an CD?
