DHCP IP Address issues - 4540s

I'm having issues with DHCP pulling an IP address besides the APIPA address on the 4540s. I'm using the Craigrox guide, and the system preferences reads as such:

Type: Ethernet Controller
Bus: PCI
Vendor ID: 0x10ec
Device ID: 0x8168
Subsystem Vendor ID: 0x103c
Subsystem ID: 0x17f6
Revision ID: 0x0007
Link Width: x1
BSD name: en0
Kext name: RealtekRTL81xx.kext
Location: /System/Library/Extensions/RealtekRTL81xx.kext
Version: 0.0.90

Any suggestions?
 
I fixed it with LNX2MAC's driver. The included driver from the probook Beta installer wasn't working.

Ethernet cable needs to be plug before boot.
