Can someone help me with a install guide(os x 10.8.3) for Hp Probook 4740s?
specs. i5-3210 ,intel HD 4000 ,1080p screen.

4740S install method is no different from 4540S except DSDT.aml must be patched with additional code for dual-link/1080p screen

Original DSDT or already patched DSDT for 4540s? Can you give me the file's please? Isn't there like a probook installer be released for 4740s(ivy bridge)?
 
Can somebody help me? I need the file to patch my original dsdt.
And is there a kext for my Intel hd 4000 graphics?

In the link I posted above, user tihohod attached his 4740S Extra.rar It has working dsdt.aml. If you provide "raw" extracted dsdt from your system, I will patch it for you.
Beta Installer 6.1 has all kexts needed to have hd4000 working on 4x40s systems.

After making USB with Unibeast, place dsdt.aml, SMBios.plist, org.chameleon.boot.plist in the /Extra folder.
 
My hp probook 4740s dsdt.aml(see attachment).
specs.: ivy bridge i5-3210m
intel hd 4000
17" 1080p screen
(still waiting for artheros wifi card)

Im sorry, maybe its a stupid question but where can i find the /Extra folder?
 
Ok done that. After install of Mountain Lion what must i choose in hp probook installer 6.1 beta 4
