Did anyone try it? I don't have the time to mess with it if it goes wrong, but have anyone tried it yet?

Looking at this update in Pacifist, this is a pretty big update. For sure patches will be needed for AppleIntelSNBGraphicsFB.kext and AppleHDA.kext. IOAHCIBlockStorage.kext is updated too. Normal Info.plist patch probably needed for WiFi.

I wish I understood where our patches for AppleHDA/AppleIntelSNBGraphicsFB are coming from. Someday when I have time I will research that...

i just downloaded it now, i will install it as updates Over 10.81 on Probook 4530s and will report back.:headbang:

I tried it. my HP Probook 4530s wouldn't boot after that. I had to boot using the "ignore caches" options. How do I fix that?

It seems there are not any ioachiblockstorage patches.

//Just upgrade from probook 4540s, smooth update. AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement unchange -> no kernelpanic. AppleSmartBatteryManager.kext upgrade -> replace kext from RehabMan. Just patched applehda.kext. Smooth update

for now everything seems to work except i've got 'still waiting for root device'. old ahci patch not working obviously ;]
+ notification center share buttons stopped to work. not responding at all - odd. sharing from safari works. maybe it's cause i have installed facebook share button beta before.

Can you expound on that just a little bit? I tried reinstalling the HP Probook installer 4.1b1 and I still get the issue...

Can you walk me through how to make this work? I tried reinstalling everything with the HP Probook Installer 5.1b1 installer like I did originally when I installed 10.8.1 from scratch.. but I still get that "waiting for system" error... I have to run the "ignore system cache" on startup. i tried using the Kext Wizard which allowed me to "rebuild" the system cache but that did not solve the problem.

i just updated to 10.82, every thing is the same and working good except, at booting i got KP caused by cpuPowerManagement.kext
if i boot with usb it works and it boots from HDD.
i will reinstall ICPM and will try to boot from HDD and see, will report back.
ahci patch has nothing to do with it.

that was my thought, it is working good and booting from HDD now by reintalling intelcpupowermanagement.kext that was installed before in 10.81 thru pro book installer 5.1b1 by Tegezee.
Go for it mates and report back.
Booting time is about 20 24 sec.
Good Luck
