Install 10.11 on HP 4530s CLOVER UEFI, installation stuck at System Update Time in nanoseconds 12389

I have created USB using manual option 2b and booted perfectly on clover screen

on select "Boot OS X Install from OS X Base System", but system halts at

System uptime in nannoseconds: 1238924764

It was working fine till yesterday, I have installed following programs yesterday but getting blank screen today. Either it shuts down while booting or show blanksceen with cicrle with diagonal line...
Speed and everything was working fine and infact was working better than Windows 10.

I am not MAC or linux expert.

XCode 7.2 Beta
Chrome (which is often crashing not working properly)
Some PdaNet For Tethering as my wifi is not working (order new one from post)

As per your help earlier only, HD3000 blank screen worked as config.plist.

Is there any debugging option available to find what is issue.?
