After many failed attempts at installing 10.10, 10.9 and now 10.8.....

After many failed attempts at installing 10.10, 10.9 with no success I have reverted back to 10.8 but PBI fails to complete

As mentioned in title I have installed/uninstalled all 3 versions on my 4530s both 10.10 and 10.9 with clover and now I've gone back to 10.8.5 with unibeast.

I am discussing ML 10.8.5 here which I currently have installed!!

The install goes smooth, no boot flags needed to run the install from USB but after re-boot -v -x are required or it hangs just after the verbose screen when you think language select screen is going to appear but just stays white with the pointer stuck in the top left corner.

I currently have wifi and battery status working, the correct time showing and dvd drive recognised
No sound or boot loader.

Once into hdd with -v -x and selecting the following in PBI 6.1.13r3
Osx support kexts 4x30s
same 4x30s generic options were applicable DSDT..
SSDT gen
Atheros 9285 wifi
Chameleon
system defs I selected SB quad core i7 (mine is 2670qm 2.2ghz)
but PBI sets defs to 2860qm 2.5 ghz?? Is this the problem?

It has installed a DSDT,boot.plist and smbios in Extra but I am unsure if they are complete or edited correctly
as the PBI threw up Installation Failed then straight after I get a kernal panic
Now on re boot no boot loader is installed.

boot from USB with -v -f -x the things I mentioned before are working
about this mac is now showing intel quad xeon 2.2ghz.
I am going to ren PBI again and select boot loader only

I will attach all files I think may be of use to anyone who wants to be a legend and help me out of this pickle.

Clover does not use /Extra.

On the Probook, we only support Yosemite with Clover.

I don't understand why you are referencing Yosemite and clover when I have stated I am running 10.8.5 with unibeast
and this is posted in the Mountain Lion laptops support section.

I had previously installed both yosemite and mavericks with clover with no success when trying to run PBI-CE!!!

I have now done a fresh install of Mountain Lion with unibeast and would really appreciate some assistance
The main issue I am having is with either system definitions or SSDT generator.

My first attempt at running PBI failed with an immediate kernal panic, (shown in attached pic)
after that Failed I re booted and checked Extra and found the PBI had generated a DSDT boot.plist and smbios
I also have wifi and battery status working and boot loader installed on hdd but will not boot without -v -x I have tried -v -f and various other combinations with no avail.

Any suggestions??

You wrote "installed all 3 versions 10.10...". With 10.10, you must use Clover. Although possible, no one is using Chameleon/Chimera with 10.10 on the ProBook.

Follow the guide. It will work.

I have followed many of the guides with and without problems,

I have a working probook 4530s with i5 2530m hd3000 low res 10.10.3 clover/win7 only difference is the CPU so the install process should have been almost identical no?

I want to get ML stable then go threw the upgrade process as I have never done it before and I have all the install osx apps in applications on my desktop.

My question is can you or anyone else on here think of a reason that the PBI install is failing with the i7 installed? but with an i5 or i3 inside i can install 10.10, 10.9 with clover or unibeast(10.8.5) without a problem??

Sorry if I am not explaining it properly but I hope you get where I'm coming from now.

Check /var/log/install.log.
