accidentally update, kernel panic

hi,
i have successfully installed ML 10.8.3 one year ago. and no problem runs it for a year. today i accidentally updated ML in the apple app store. i guess it upgrade to 10.8.3. after reboot, it freeze at "IntelCPUMonitor:...." , nothing continue.

I know it wasn't correct way to update. I realized after i read posts here.
anybody could help me?

You installed 10.8.3 then "upgrade to 10.8.3"?? Please explain what you actually did. Latest version of ML is 10.8.5.

Post quality photo of entire screen... verbose output.

Sorry for my typo. I accidently upgraded to 10.8.5 without any preparation.
Now the machine freezes at the line "intelCPUMonitor:"
I haven't taken thephoto of the screeen.

No ideas without photo and hardware specs.

System: manufacturer/model
CPU: detailed CPU model + motherboard chipset
Graphics: all graphics devices + laptop internal screen resolution

For example, typical Ivy laptop:
System: HP ProBook 4540s
CPU: i5-3320m/HM76
Graphics: HD4000, 1366x768

Use CPU-Z on Windows to find CPU (Core iX-xxx) and motherboard chipset (HMxx). For a laptop, these details are important and affect critical installation procedures.

in-CPU display card

In this screen shot, what are you booting? It looks to be the OS X installer??

i can not recover the old system. and i decide to wipe out the partition and installed the new mavericks on it. From what I study in this case, DO NOT UPDATE YOUR SYSTEM without a carefully researching on this forum.

luckily i never put important data on this laptop. i have a desktop mac.
