Did you try to repair permission and rebuild cache?
I use OS X 10.8.4 on HP ProBook 4430s with Intel HD 3000. It is very stable.

What version? How did you install? Did you use latest ProBook Installer?

Commonly glitches happen if you don't have a foreign DSDT (eg. not one patched from your own), or just after booting another OS (Windows/Linux). Have you done an EC reset: shutdown, remove battery, remove AC plug, hold power button 30 sec, put everything back & restart.

Did you do EC reset: Shutdown, remove battery, unplug AC, hold power button 30 sec, put everything back & restart.

It is common to have to do that if glitches show up. And... it is common to get glitches after booting other OS or on fresh install or on major changes. Also, make sure that your DSDT was generated recently, especially if you recently did any hardware upgrades or BIOS updates.

It works normally in Windows 8.

Yes, these glitches are OS X+HD3000 specific... It happens even on my desktop. But they are fairly rare if you have correctly patched DSDT and if you do EC reset when they appear.

Have anyone tell me better way to fix this problem??

This is the only way. Prepare your own DSDT, remember to repair permissions once in a while and restart EC every time you switch back to OS X from Windows. You'll be fine. If that's not OK for you and you want to have absolutely perfect OS X notebook sell your ProBook and buy a MacBook.

There is another way: sell your ProBook and buy ProBook 4x40s with Ivy Bridge CPU (HD4000) - no glitches, it just works ;-)
