Hello everyone! It's the first time that I write on this forum. I wish you could help me!

First, I wanna thank you all for the great help you give everyday to us! This website helped me soooo much last year. I saved around 500 euros thanks to you guys, since I needed a Mac but it was too expensive for me!

Last year (it was the end of October 2014) I followed the guide to install mavericks on my HP ProBook 4540s. I admit that I kind of freaked out during the configurations phase but, eventually, everything worked fine! Until 8 days ago! I don't know what happened, I just turned my computer on and under the logo of Apple it appeared a progress bar. It took like 10-15 minutes to load (I don't know what! it was like it was trying to recover some damaged files, but I didn't turned my computer off in a sudden way) and after that my computer shut down.
I tried several times before to check what was happening on Utility disco. And I discovered there was a problem with some EFI file system, and the disk was damaged. So I saved all the files with a box for hard disks on another computer and I formatted my mac with Disk Sanitizer from the BIOS (since Utility disco wasn't able to format my HDD because it said the HDD was damaged).
After that, I installed Mavericks again and the installation worked fine. So I did the same things I did last year following the guide and I download Hp Pro book installer to install the drivers and stuff. When the installation was completed I shut down my computer, I booted again and after it loaded the O.S. with the Apple logo it appeared a dark green screen (almost black) with a lot of visible tiny pixels. It's like it was in the log-in screen (because the audio worked if I tried to check the volume of the audio) but it couldn't show me anything in output. I couldn't access in any way. So I formatted again and again, installing mavericks from zero and trying to install different kexts from HP Pro Book Installer. But it's like that installer f*cked my system up, since every time I install something from that package (except for the Chamelon and some extra tools, which don't even work ) I can't access to my user anymore and Mavericks is inaccessible.

I even tried using another HDD. Same thing. So I know for sure that the problem is not the hard disk.

Googling, I found out that just on 16th of July, Apple released an update for the EFI files (or something like that) so I suddenly thought they messed my computer up. But I can't understand why I still get problems trying to install the drivers! Oh, I even tried to disable all the automatic updates from the Apple store (file system too and stuff like that) and everything which talked about the Internet in connection with my applications and files (from preferences).

Eventually I downloaded another HP ProBook Installer (the Clover edition) and thanks to this installer which didn't mess my computer up, I was able to install some drivers like for the Graphic, the Slot for memory cards, but the most of things are not working. Like the battery information, the audio board, the webcam, the boot loader for not using the pen drive and I honestly don't know what else.

Did anyone of you guys get this problem (or similar) in this past 9 days?! Or is there just someone who could help me? I really need your help as soon as possible, guys because I need my computer for work
and I have a lot of backlog works now!!

What is the difference between the normal installation and the clover one? And do you think it will work again like before?! Because I should format everything again, and if I do it now I want to be certain it's not a waste of time

The Clover guide uses Clover UEFI.

I cannot predict the future.

With hackintosh, you should get used to "wasting time".
