I tried to install Mac OS X Mavericks to my HP ProBook 4540s, after booting (with the apple logo) the screen turns off. If i restart the laptop i can see the following message:

CMOS resets are normal until you get it properly installed.

Make sure you are following one of the guides provided here for installing. They are the "sticky posts" at the top of this forum.
 
Every time when i klick to install mavericks from bootable usb, it shows the boot logo, and after a few seconds the screen turns off, and i cant do anything.

Is normal . Just complete the installation as the guide says and you won't get this picture anymore at boot

Are you following one of the sticky guides? You need to use bootflags until you get everything completely installed.
 
I can not complete the installation, cause the screen turns off. its the first booting from the usb installer.
i tried the following boot flags: -x, -v, -f, GraphicsEnabler=No. It didnt work.

Use:
IGPEnabler=N GraphicsEnabler=N -x -v -f dart=0

Make sure you read and follow the guide...
 
thank you now its working, but after installation the audio doesnt work. what can i do?
 
Hello i have a 4540s mavericks, its was hard because i dont know nothing of osx.

I can help you

first its put the opcions of the bios like the tutorial
Second boot with the flags like the say above, its must be identical like its written above
respect the mayus and minus letters

the screen whithe thats appear its normal, because you force the shutdown, nothing to worry


Install w7 and mavericks with dualboot, and get me a 1 day with 3 reinstall to work the charmeleon boot, are putting dual boot ??? Let me know to help you
