The build is CustoMac Mini:

GA-H77N-WIFI
Intel i3-3225 Processor

I am able to get the MAC OS X 10.8.2 operational; however there is not any audio using the HDMI to a Samsung plasma. Installed Windoze 7 on the box and was successful with the sound thru HDMI...Have been reading the forums and have tied multiple attempts with Multibeast with and without the DSDT file for HDMI audio. I do have an Apple MAC Mini that can play audio thru the HDMI to the TV. Any thoughts on how to enable the audio will be appreciated. Thanks.

I have had one of these rigs for about a year now connected to my Samsung 40" flat screen for playing back videos , etc., via VLC media player. I was able to get HDMI audio via the lower HDMI port(video too, of course) by using the DSDT on TonyMac's site. However, the HDMI connection was erratic, and it often took many times/reboots for the little mini-Apex box to connect to the Samsung, and often the video would crash in the first few minutes, requiring another reboot. Useable, but a pain in the ass. I attribute the erratic behavior to the lack of good native support for the Intel HD4000 graphics which is what the i3-3225 is capable of, at least with this hardware configuration as recommended by TonyMac early last year. Problem was solved by installing an EVGA GT 610 video card in the one available PCI-e slot on this motherboard - they are cheap($30) and plentiful. Highly recommended. The 200W Apex power supply seems to be able to handle the addition of this video card which comes with a DVI-I, HDMI and a VGA port. I am running ML 10.8.5 which fully supports this card OOB. You will need to make some adjustments to the bios and to the cammy boot plist - GraphicsEnabler=No - and in the H77N bios, disable the on-board video and set Graphics to PEG. Reinstall the ALC 892 no DSDT audio drivers from the latest TonyMac Multibeast to get onboard audio working once again and most important, install the HDMIAudio.kext which enables HDMI audio for most recent nVidia video cards. I installed this extension with Kext Utility rather than with the shell script which is often included with this installer. This extension can be found elsewhere on TonyMac's site along with a discussion of what nVidia cards that are not supported by this extension. The GT 610 fits nicely into the Apex case - any other fancier card(GT 640 and up) won't fit and will draw too much power. Swear the video quality is better too than what the HD4000 Intel Graphics delivered...
