How to get HDMI Audio to work?

Hello.
Recently and with the help of another member here i managed to get my system up and going. Now my system starts and generally seems stable but i cannot get the HDMI audio thing to work.

My setup is :

Gigabyte Z97MX-Gaming 5 mobo
Intel 4790k
and im using the integrated graphics.

I have my system connected via HDMI to a 50" plasma tv,

Anyways. Im trying to read and understand the guides posted here but since im a total noob in this i dont understand s%#t.
Can someone please guide me as to how and what i need to do in order to get HDMI Audio work on my system?

Forgot to mention that when i install the Apple HDAEnabler via Multibeast my system won't boot. I have to safe boot and delete the HDAEnabler.kext in order to be able to boot again. So that one doesn't work.

Anyone else who can help?

HDAEnabler disables HDMI audio. To fix, see Post #1, No Audio Devices - Realtek ALC AppleHDA.
Once onboard audio is fixed, see Post #1, HDMI Audio AppleHDA
