Hi,

I can't enable audio over HDMI.

I've tried the following guides:
1- [Guide]_HD4600-hdmi_audio_(dsdt_or_ssdt)_v2.1.3
2- [Guide]_OS_X_hdmi_audio-dsdt_v2.1

I do not what else to do.

Thanks!

I do not what else to do.
The only correct file is the edited dsdt and that is not installed, install.
An ssdt is installed, not attached, not from this site, remove.
Config.plist is a mess, start over.
Fresh config.plist:
1. ACPI/DSDT/Fixes/NO (all or remove)
2. ACPI/DSDT/Patches/remove
Run audio_cloverALC... (answer HD46000 HDMI audio? y)
Restart.
HD46000 HDMI audio will not work (without Azul patches).
Attach all requested files.

I think it's easier if I just restore from the bootable backup.

This is what I'm going to do:

1. I start here: http://www.tonymacx86.com/hdmi-audio/143760-audio-hdmi-audio-applehda-guide.html (for ease, the "Forum Guide").
2. From the first table, Row 8 applies, so I download the guide from row 7, column 2 (HD4600-hdmi_audio, which downloads "[Guide]_HD4600-hdmi_audio_(dsdt_or_ssdt)_v2.1.3.pdf" (for ease, the "PDF Guide 1")
3. I try to download the files from the link in row 8, column 3 but I get a "400: invalid request" error. (Should I try the link in row 8, column 4?)
4. I take note of row 8, column 5 and the applicable Kext edit is Azul.
5. I downloaded all the tools.
6. I added the source to MaciASL.

After this, things get messy.
7. Should I continue from the Forum Guide or from the PDF Guide 1?
8. I decided to continue from the Forum Guide.
9. From the table "Clover/kext edits (config.plist)", I choose the links in row yosemite, column 2 and row yosemite, column 5 (Both links point to the same file, right?)
10. Here I get confused again, I copy/paste what's in the KextToPatch section of the downloaded plist file to the KextToPatch of the plist in EFI/CLOVER and save the file? can I use TextEdit?

11. The Forum Guide ends here, since Part C is not applicable, right? So I reboot here?

Thanks for your help!

OK, I'm attaching the DSDT and the new config.plist (which is already in the EFI folder of the EFI partition.

Should I now copy the DSDT file to EFI/EFI/CLOVER/ACPI/patched folder and restart? Am I missing something?

Thanks,

Edited dsdt is correct, install. Ignored all config.plist suggestions, will not work. Try again.

I copied/pasted the DSDT to the patched folder.

I'm attaching config.plist again. I copied/pasted from "config-hdmi_hd4600-100.plist" (note I didn't deleted nor replaced anything from original "config.plist", just pasted). I'm attaching my original "config.plist" for reference.

Is this ok?

Is this ok?
No. Big "paste" problems, worse.
KestsToPatch/Find and Find2, Name and Name 2, etc.
Start over with a new config.plist
Paste only the config-hdmi_hd4600-100.plist/patches that guide says to copy. Several to not apply to your system.

No. Big "paste" problems, worse.

I'm attaching a new one. I pasted as child just one (azul for port 0x5).

if this is correct, what now?

3rd request, start over. A clean config.plist has no #.
Ignored Post #2 again
Voodoo disables AppleHDA. AppleHDAController patch not correct. Two required patches missing.
