Intel speedstep not working

hello, i have i5 4460 and can't manage to make speedstep working
I'm using clover and followed this guide http://www.tonymacx86.com/mavericks...vericks-native-cpu-igpu-power-management.html
everything work perfectly except Speedster (sleep shutdown restart perfectly working)

here my system :
-Yosemite 10.10
-clover 3259
-i5 4460
-Gigabyte GA B85M HD3 A
-Corsair 8gb ram dual channel
-iMac 14,2 smbios

i have ssdt using ssdtPRGen.sh
AppleLPC.kext X86PlatformPlugin is working and loaded, but only 4 P-states detected [8 32 33 34]
please help me
