Hi. I have a Gigabyte Ga-Z77X-D3H Motherboard, an i3 processor, a Samsung 840 EVO SSD as my main drive, as well as two other HDDs as secondary drives. I just got an EVGA GTX 760 graphics card as well as a Seasonic 650X power supply. When I tried to boot up, it didn't sense my SSD. I tried changing the port the drive was plugged into, but that didn't help. Is it possible that while I was wiring the power cords I somehow caused the SSD to break? I don't know if it is relevant or not, but I had originally tried to plug the drives into SATA power cables that on the end that plugs into the PSU said "Type3".
Also, when I tried to boot up from unibeast and the Apple loading bar appeared, it got about 1/5th of the way done before displaying a faded white circle with a slash through it. What can I do to fix that?
Thanks!

Your board has both Intel and Marvell SATA ports - Connect your SSD to an Intel port.

I did but it is fried. I even plugged it into an external drive case to see if it even works and my MacBook Air didn't sense it.

The computer however does not fully startup from the flash drive. it doesn't get far and then it stops.

I've been trying to figure out what combination of boot flags my system needs to startup. I am about a quarter of the way through testing every combination of boot flags possible. What should I do if it non of them work? Thanks
