Hi all,
Some time ago a user from cubeowner.com recommended me this DC-DC converter.
http://www.ebay.ca/itm/130W-mini-IT...7884473?pt=PCA_UPS&hash=item2a392d1db9&_uhb=1
It has the same connector as the original G4 Cube and accepts a variable input (18V-28V) so it should allow the use of the original G4 Cube power brick with mobos using a 12V input (i.e: Haswell NUC).
So this should be an excellent option for those wanting to retain as much as possible from the original Cube.
Cheers
