They may be newer, but I'll wait or nVidia to provide the update. Don't want to mess up my build :p

I have looked on Luxmark and other benchmarks, our results seems pretty much normal. I have 45FPS in OpenGL for example.

EDIT: Never mind, if I change the Render to Apple Software it gives the same results.

Just to report same deal here with a 650 Ti card.

    No full GL past 2.1.

I had patched my OpenCL using multibeast option "Nvidia Fermi >2GB OpenCL Patch". But since I couldn't find a way to undo it when I found out there was nVidia drivers, I left it patched.

Would this change anything to how my GTX660 is performing ? If yes, how could I get the patched file to it's previous state ? (would like to avoid a fresh install )
I'm on ML 10.8.2 by the way.

And if this is important, Luxmark sees my GTX660 but not it's clock speed and write instead 0 MHz

Luxmark does the same for me. Just reinstall the drivers from Nvidia to go back to "normal". The OpenCL patch just modifies one of the files in the Nvidia kexts.

    thanks Mosser.
Newest FakeSMC/HWmonitor(1.0.120) from kozlek now supports 660 temp and fan speed.

I'm pretty sure the patch modified the OpenCL file which is in : /System/Library/Frameworks/OpenCL.framework/Versions/A/
The file was modified last time yesterday (at the exact time I patched it) when the other files/folders in there are all from Novembre 3, 2012, which is the day I installed my system.

So I am wondering if the other people here that are having this OpenCL trouble blocked at 2,1 had also patched this file before they install Nvidia drivers. Maybe it is interfering in some way ?
I would need the original OpenCL file to test it, but I don't know how to get.

EDIT : New FakeSMC/HWsensor installed, and same here, my GPU is at 30C while idle.

No problems here with a Gigabyte GTX 660 OC (0x10de / 0x11c0), the latest driver from Nvidia, and the latest HWmonitor

Any news on the fact we can get OpenGL upper 2.1 to work ?
In Photoshop's system info it says :
    "OpenGL Version: 2.1 NVIDIA-8.1.0OpenCL Version: 1.2 (Aug 24 2012 00:53:09)"

So it's very clear we are stuck in OpenGL 2.1.

Would it be better with a gtx 560 (ti or not) ? At least to get to 3.2 since Apple's implementation of OpenGL for OS X doesn't cover anything above 3.2 ?

So what could go wrong if the 660 is stuck at this OpenGL 2.1 revision thingy ?

Nothing I think. Isn't this just a numbers game, with no other OSX cards being any better?
