I've installed the update to the nvidia web driver 346.01.02f03 this morning, all seems well and no issues were encountered,

System:
Z97N-WiFi
4690K
GTX980
Yosemite 10.10.3

Hope this is helpful to someone wanting to update safely!

Same here:

CustoMacPro with a Gigabyte GA-Z97X-UD7-TH plus an MSI Geforce GTX 980 and I can confirm the latest update installed no problems.

Thanks! I'm on a 980 as well so glad to know this installs with no issue!!!

Ok nevermind, after i updated this driver i've been getting consistent whole-system freezes and power-cycling is my only option. Has anyone else experienced this?? any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated!! U was freeze-free the last 2 days with the previous 346.01.02f02 driver installed.

Same problem: random system freezes. Reselected OS X internal drivers and system boots to a black screen on my Dell 4K monitor connected via DisplayPort. Lots of mad thrashing later-- sorry, I don't recall exactly what I did-- and I'm now running on the internal drivers.

It seems that stuff like this happens all too frequently with NVIDIA web driver updates and our Hackintoshes. Considering that OS X recognizes my 3GB GTX 780 natively and I've never seen a measurable performance difference with the web drivers, I'm gonna forget about them for the time being.

I works fine on my EVGA GTX 970 with my 6x Dell P2715Q
