Does Anyone knows what this screen means?

My build is:
Motherboard: Gigabyte z77n wifi
Ram: Corsair 16gb
SSD: Samsung series 840
I had bought mountain lion. I used Unibeast to put it on a usb drive. I installed it i had to use safe mode though. That sir is a Kernal panic I believe. You'll have to reinstall.

Try booting with -v and post a screenshot of that for me.
Also, after that, boot with -x -v and take a pic of that too.

Were you following a guide for what settings to use in multibeast for that mobo? Do you have your BIOS configured properly?

Yep, it's a kernel panic. It means that there is something fundamentally wrong: CPU incompatibility, incorrect Bios settings, the wrong settings for a graphic card or a DSDT problem. There are things for you to double check.

THis is what I've been trying to find out since I started getting the grey screen of death and the endless gear spin!

Thank you very much. Now I can proceed forward and end this conflict or at worst, just reformat and start over. Everything was working fine and I installed something on MB that disagreed with it. Could it also be that I over clocked the chip and it doesn't like it?
