Problems post-install with Kernel panics

Problems post-install with Kernel panics (Yosemite)

Hello,

I'm fairly new to this, so be gentle.

First my build:

Gigabyte z97x Gaming 7
i5 4460 Haswell 3.2
Corsair 16GB DDR3 1333hz
EVGA NVIDIA 750ti FTW

Ive tried to install on two different SSDs, with two different brands of memory. I even tried using a different Gigabyte 9 series board, but I keep getting kernel panics and freezes.

Right now I have the 750ti out of the system for stability's sake.

I figure it it could be USB OR CPU related. I've done several fresh installs.

i also did a fresh install of Windows 7 as a test and got the blue screen of death.

What am I doing wrong?

consider you have BSOD in Windows I would highly recommend you do a memtest and maybe a prime95 cpu test first (with Windows). it's already not easy or straightforward to hackintosh let alone with potentially faulty hardware.
