    PCH Die at 127 Celsius ??? 10.9 Gigabyte B75M-D3H

After installing the HW Monitor on my 10.9 built I noticed that the PCH Die temperature is far to high on computer idle or load it stays at 127 Degrees Celsius. The main board is brand new....is it possible that some sort of kext miss installment leads to this temperature reading?

    PCH Die at 127 Celsius ??? 10.9 Gigabyte B75M-D3H

I have the same issue with new build on a Gigabyte GA-Z87M-D3H board. The PCH temperature is stuck on 127 while all other temps are below 30. It must be a bug, but if anyone knows how to fix it that would be great!

I get the same reading on my m-ITX GA-Z87 system. 127C, must be some sort of bug since a lot of people get the exact same temp.

    PCH Die at 127 Celsius ??? 10.9 Gigabyte B75M-D3H

I am getting this too, however it is in both Windows 7 and 10.9. I am using the Z87M-D3H. This build is for my mother-in-law, and I need to get this fixed. Any news on what causes this?

    PCH Die at 127 Celsius ??? 10.9 Gigabyte B75M-D3H

I have H87M-D3h. HWmonitor says PCH DIE 127 C. But it looks like my system is working o.K.
Is this bad for my system? Anybody knows how to fix the issue?

    PCH Die at 127 Celsius ??? 10.9 Gigabyte B75M-D3H

To see if it is a motherboard issue boot into mac and verifiy that the temperature is displayed at 127C and then reboot into bios. Not exactly where or even wether or not there is a cpu temperature display in bios but it would be nice to know if the board reads it wrong or if there is a problem between the os and the sensor.
