    z77x-ud5h & mSATA - why not Sata 3

Hi. I just found a smoking deal on a 256GB mSATA by Crucial - It is catagorized as a SATA 3 capable of 6GB / sec. but the mSATA port on my board limits it to SATA 2 3GB / sec. How come?

Is there a MB out there that will do mSATA at Sata 3?

    thanks in advance.

Due to the newness of those ports I would say no.
Those ports will be Sata3 very soon, hopefully.
