I am just preparing to upgrade to 10.8.
Does it have native support for USB 3.0?
My GIGAbyte board has build in USB 3.0.
TIA.

My hackintosh 10.8 and Gigabyte USB3.0 are working.
You can see USB Super speed bus on attached file.

Hi,
I have a very similar screen in my system profiler - i.e. it shows USB 3.0 Super Speed and USB 3.0 High Speed, but it's unable to detect a USB 2.0 device plugged into it. I read on another thread that there is no backwards compatibility so will work with only USB 3.0 devices. Does anyone know how to get them to work with USB 2.0 devices as well?
I am using a Gigabyte GA-Z77-D3H (can't get the DS3H here), so I can't use the Multibeast's USB 3.0 drivers even though I do have the Eltron EJ168 chipset for 2 of my ports.
Thanks in advance.

intel usb3 has native support with osx 10.8 but its only work with usb 3 devices ,, so u can use usb 3 hubs and connect it to intel usb3 port and u will be able to use both usb 3.0/2.0 devices on hubs
