Apple keyboard and Mouse

Hey guys im planning to build a Hackintosh in 2016 using the parts recommended by tonymacx86 site im curious will a Apple keyboard and mouse work with a desktop PC build or am I gonna have to use a normal PC keyboard and mouse the reason I ask is because, I notice that OSX has features that maybe only work with a Apple keyboard and mouse.

Yes, the Apple keyboards and mice will work with a hack. (I'm typing on an Apple wireless Bluetooth keyboard and (Magic) mouse.) Check out the tonymacx86 Buyer's Guide, Input Devices, for Apple's and other compatible keyboards and mice.

A word of caution, the new Magic Keyboard and Magic Mouse 2 are only compatible with El Capitan 10.11 OS. It is not compatible with Yosemite and older Apple OS Xs.

Wait, does that mean the Magic Keyboard doesn't function as a normal bluetooth keyboard? Can you not use it with Windows?
