Screen Shot 2015-03-09 at 5.47.09 PM.png The new Macs introduced at Monday's Apple Event will bring full 5th series ‘Broadwell’ Intel CPU support and Intel HD graphics compatibility to OS X. It won’t happen immediately, as they ship with a special version of OS X 10.10.2 to begin with. We expect full support starting with OS X 10.10.3.

This M processor and it's speeds are a joke. The new Macbook is the slowest of any Air & Pro out there.

What are the chances of the 5th Gen Pentium and Celerons being compatible?

I have run Mac OS X on a sandy bridge celeron and I use a haswell pentium so I don't see why they won't be compatible
