Sorry may be for the double post

Hi,
I bought a X99 Asus deluxe + 5960X + 64g Crucial 2133 but i can't boot with unibeast .
I used bootflag -v cpus=1 npci=0x2000 graphicsEnabler=No

if i write -v the text loading then Black screen.

An idea?
a new patched kernel?

Can you boot with -x? Also don't forget to try different outputs.

Does it seem like it boots completely in verbose mode until you get the black screen?

with -x doesn't works
verbose mode run (loading text) only few seconds then dissapear to black screen..

Did you try using the GraphicsEnabler=No boot flag ? Using Clover ?

What I would do first, to avoid trying for days with no results, is to install a version of
Windows and make sure that your motherboard and ram are good. X99 is brand new
and there are bound to be hardware issues that will only be worked out over time.
Do some stress testing too and see what you've got.

I see board, CPU, RAM but no GPU. What GPU you using?

thans guys to help me :)

yesi tried different bootlags like PCIRooUID=1 or 2, GE=No, Cpus=1, npci=0x2000.
Clover, i really don't understand how easly make usb key.i follow some tuto but i can't boot correctly, if somebody could take a pic of what options i have to choose, it will be nice.

Okay, so it sounds like it's not even loading completely...

What is the last text you can see before the black screen? It kind of sounds like it's not even loading the kernel. Or it could even be the same Haswell early reboot problem. Try this kernel http://www.tonymacx86.com/mavericks...-locked-msrs-hp-envy-15-j063cl-i7-4700mq.html

Thanks,
i'm trying to copy mach_kernel in my usb stick:) but not easly for me i don't understand really manipulations.
I'm looking for how to do that

Here is a pre-patched version for 10.9.4: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/fi...l-patched-for-intel-z87-haswell-motherboards/

IIRC you should just be able to rename it something like "haswell_kernel, " put it at the root of the USB stick and add something like this to your org.chameleon.boot.plist:
Code:
<key>Kernel</key>
<string>haswell_kernel</string>

The reason I say to rename the kernel is just so that you still have the original on your install drive. Alternatively, you could just rename the original kernel to "mach_kernel_BAK" and leave the new one named "mach_kernel."
