WebPage is way buggy

On my phone, on my mac, on my hack and on my laptop - I can't open it properly, the login form is missing and I keep getting weird messages like:

[B]PHP Warning[/B]: mysql_num_rows() expects parameter 1 to be resource, object given in [B]..../index.php[/B] on line [B]351

EDIT: Aaaaaaand a minute after I post this it's all back to normal ....
