So far I've had a successful install of El Capitan. I then added the Logitech control center for my mouse and keyboard and restarted. I ran into the "missing bluetooth transport" problem. Since I'm running a GTX 970 I just assumed it was a graphics issue and added the nv_disable=1 flag. That did not work. I tried booting again from the USB. That did not work. I tried different variations of disabling or enabling graphics (nvda_driver etc) and still my boot would stop at "missing bluetooth transport".

Can someone help me with what I am missing? Thanks!

Asus Maximus Hero VI
Nvidia GTX 970
Intel 530 SSD

Between a working boot and a non-working boot, is the only thing you did install the Logitech Control Center? That would suggest the Logitech Control Center install messed something up -- maybe wrote a kext into /Library/Extensions or /System/Library/Extensions that isn't compatible with El Capitan? Any way to determine what it did or roll back that install?
