Hi. I am requesting a custom DSDT for my motherboard ASRock Z68 Fatal1ty Professional Gen3. The Audiochip of the mobo is Realtek ALC892 Audio Codec and the ethernet is Realtek RTL8111E. My CPU is Intel i7 2600k and my graphics card is the GTX 670.

I am sorry to ask of this but every time I've attmpted to do this myself there has always been some sort of issue that has corrupted the entire installation and this is the 3rd time I'm reinstalling my OS. Any help would be greatly appreciated. As of now I haven't run Multibeast (even the non-DSDT version), should I do that or should I wait until hopfully one of you guys could provide me with a custom DSDT that will work?

Regards Rasmus

1, Flash the BIOS with modded BIOS rom > http://biosrepo.wordpress.com/asrock/z68/

More info about why BIOS needs to be flashed > http://www.tonymacx86.com/dsdt/47397-msi-asrock-foxconn-1155-patched-bios-thread.html

2, Using DSDT Editor extract a DSDT file and save it as .dsl file (4th option under file tab) compress it and attach.

Download DSDT Editor > http://www.tonymacx86.com/dsdt/31716-guide-creating-your-own-dsdt-most-boards.html
Hello. I flashed my BIOS with this (http://europe.asrock.com/downloadsite/bios/1155/Fatal1ty Z68 Professional Gen3(2.20)ROM.zip) 2 days ago and it seems to be the same one as you linked me to, or am I wrong in that assupmtion?
2. Sorry for not quite understanding should I just extract a DSDT without following the steps of downloading files and applying them?
Regards

Okay BIOS flashed. Here is the extracted file you requested. (I only went File-> Extract DSDT -> File-> Save DSL as). I'm sorry if I missunderstood how to go about it.
Regards

Download the attached DSDT, unzip it and keep it on the desktop.

Download latest multibeast for ML and run it with below options checked.

Note: If you have installed Traditional hard drive then uncheck the TRIM option.

Great .

Some BIOS settings to get the computer boot quick and run quite.

Advance > Advanced\North Bridge Configuration
Primary Graphics Adapter > PCI*
Share Memory > Auto*
Render Standby > Disabled*

Advanced\South Bridge configuration
Deep Sleep > Enabled in S5*

Advanced Storage Configuration
SATA Mode > AHCI*
Hard disk SMART > Enabled*

ADvanced\Super IO config > Serial Port - Disable

Advanced ACPI conf
Suspend to RAM > Disabled*
ACPI HPET Table > Enabled*
RTC Alarm power on > by OS*
reset of the option here is disabled.

Not so imp settings but runs the system quite. Once you boot in fans are controlled by OSX.
HW Monitor
CPU FAN > Level 2
Chassis fan settings > Level 4
