Updated mine, works, some of the settings do not stick, like I could not shut of the firewire port, turned it off, says it's of but os says it's there.

Does this mean no DSDT is needed when using this UEFI BIOS? Which kexts did you install (or remove) after putting this UEFI BIOS in? Does it work stable? I have sleep problems with my Z68XP-UD5, and would want try if this UEFI BIOS helped.

If you update, you need to have a vanilla extensions folder. Before shut down to update the bios, deleted the contents of my system\library\extensions folder and then copied the contents of the extensions folder from my usb install disk. Next, I deleted the smbios.plist, org.chameleon.Boot.plist, and my dsdt from the \extra folder. Next step was to run multi-beast, picked the user or no dsdt. Shut the system down. Then updated the bios, then I set my default boot device in the bios. Then I rebooted and it went right into os x. From there, I just had a few things to fix, as far as stable, I don't think it is too bad, not any worse than with the previous bios.

Weird. After a while, the UEFI BIOS started to exhibit a behaviour, where it bootlooped itself while trying to start the computer. Power on, few seconds, power off, repeat and rinse. And then, after a while, it started fine. I wonder what this could be.

Updated mine and works great. If you have a primary drive and backup drive, make sure you delete the DSDT on both drives. I deleted from only one and had a kernel panic. Also, double check your bios settings to make sure they stick.

Mine done this as well when I initially flashed it. After the series of reboots, it works fine.

After the series of reboots, it works fine.

It's just that mine just started doing that on every time the computer starts. Quite annoying.
