what smbios def you have ?
I'm using Mac Pro 3,1 right now. I'm on the UEFI though. I'll try Darkwake=10 though. Do you have it as a kernel flag or as its own key and string in the boot.plist?

If that doesn't work then try this > http://www.macupdate.com/app/mac/29778/pleasesleep

This is only for people who has issue with Auto sleep.

Quick update here - I put darkwake=10 in my boot.plist under kernel flags and now autosleep seems to be working. The only problem is that I often seem to have background tasks running like com.apple.helpd.sdmbuilding and com.apple.storeagent.UpdateStaging. If I kill those processes in Terminal then autosleep works fine.
