I have a gigabyte P61A-D3 with F5 Bios. I couldn't find it in DSDT database!
Which one of P61 series DSDT do you think is the most compatible with my Motherboard?
Thanks

Thanks, But my mobo is not supported there so I can't make my own DSDT. what should I do ?

Look at the guides for creating your own DSDT. That what us old timers used to do before the days of the TonyMAc DSDT database.....

Seriously, it is not too hard. Your system already HAS a DSDT, you just don't know it. Every board has one and you can extract it from OSX, Windows or Linux. Then mostly it is just using standard "patches" to fix it up to make it play nicely (or nicer) with OSX.

Here you go.

Warnings fixed, standard patches added with audio for Alc887 too. If you are using an HDAenabler kext you should delete it.

Hope it works for you.

Hey can you do that for me? Lol. Having a concussion and trying to ready tiny print doesn't work well! lol. This is the PURE extracted DSDT using DSDTe. Anything you could do to maybe get speedstep working for me would be great! I also tried using DSDT Editor but that DSDT had 53 errors....

Lucky I find myself at a loose end. What is your audio codec by the way Koalaman?

898 Baby! Anyways, like I said. It's crazy trying to get Speedstep working. I've got a "working" bios profile tomorrow to try, and with a DSDT I hope it works.

Good Luck KoalaMan. You've been busting your balls over the past 24hours.
