Im quite curios, I remember I saw the Z77X in the list some months ago but it don't appear anymore.

However, I'm interested in getting the DSDT for that board.

I'm could even pay for it since I know it's not easy at all, I know other people can get a benefit for that work.

I would like to know what you think.

I followed the link Shycum gave:

Works fine, network, usb, sound (orange plug but I found a way to also use the orange plug in windows so I can dual boot without having to crawl under the table to switch sound ;))

NOTE: I did't used any dsdt.aml it just worked, or almost it did, sound sometimes works but the USB problem is gone.

First of all paying money for any help is not allowed

2nd z77 gigabyte motherbourds don't need dsdt
It's just work

Thanks for clarify that.

Yet, I'm having big issues with my USB ports.

I'm actually unable to plug any USB drive, as soon I plug anything the system will immediately activate a Kernel Panic.

Also I don't have sound.

My Asus Bluray "works" but the DVD Player crash and VLC have some issues playing TS_Folders

Reading throughout this form and other, mostly people do recommend patch DSDT to fix those issues (sound and video for the DVD Player for example).

I have the feeling that a patched DSDT will fix those problems but Im open to listen to the people with more experience on this area.

Here is a screen cap of my Kernel Panic, I plugged a USB drive as I was writing this and the Kernel Panic appeared immediately.

Re: DSDT GA-Z77X-UD5H LGA 1155

you don't even need a dsdt.aml file for this board.
i installed two systems with this board without using any dsdt.
just select userDSDT install in multi beast but don't put a dsdt on your desktop.
Got no problems with this method and it is recommended by tony.

I saw un your post that indeed we are using same boards.

But I followed the instructions using multibeast and with or without the system errors are the same, the kernel panic when I plug an USB is driving me nuts and booting in 32 bits do not make any change.

I still unable to understand how you made your system fully functional.

I can confirm I have my system apparently fully functional using your link, and as it was mentioned I didn't used the DSDT and the system still working.

That you very much.

I can call this a closed thread with a functional solution.

Hey Davirus, I read that this board comes with about Bluetooth/wifi adapter. Are they fully functional in Mountain Lion? More importantly, what about sleep mode and thunderbolt?
