DSDT for GA P35 DS3R rev 1.0

Hi, do you have in database DSDT for motherboard GA P35 DS3R rev 1.0 . I have trouble with installing Snow Leopard over 2 weeks :(

Help me please! Thank you!

How did you go with this?

I also have a GA P35-DS3R
was easy and successful for 10.5
But want 10.6.3

Used iBoot + genuine Snow Leapard Retail => But no joy
using -v -x tells me "ACPI table not found"
Then stuck looping with "Still waiting for root device"

Via the normal boot screen, I see the grey Apple, then after a minute a small stop circle

Nothing connected except SATA hard disk and DVD

I'm hoping you've found the answer and can help
 
My board is Rev 2.1, so my DSDT may not work for you.
You can however extract a clean untouched DSDT and i will edit it for you, please upload your DSDT to the 775 thread along with your boards BIOS version.
Make sure to load optimized defaults in bios, set hpet to 64bit and sata to ahci.

Board is GA-P35-DS3R/rev2.1
bios is GBT - Award Modular BIOS v6.00PG
I did load optimized fefaults in BIOS and confirm hpet set to 64bit and sata is set to ahci
Processor is Core2 Duo E8500
Video is LEADTEK NVIDIA Quadro NVS 285
Hard disk (SATA) is Samsung HD103J 1000GB/7200rpm/32MI
DVD (SATA) is PIONEER DVD-RW DVR-215
USB Keyboard and Mouse are Microsoft

No idea what you mean with repect to the 775 thread

I spent almost 2 days researching the net and trying to find a solution. Also tried alternative OSX boot loaders but always failed with halfway through loading the retiail snow leopard intstall

Would realy appreciate any guidance you could offer.

Your board is a socket 775, we have a dsdt 775 submit thread.
As for your board, (which is the same as mine) the latest bios is F13, i suggest updating it, then i can send you my dsdt which will work perfectly for you.

I've followed your advice and updated BIOS to F13

With a bit of luck, your dsdt should now work for me.
 
Care to send me that dsdt? I have the same board, But when I boot using the dsdt I have no keyboard or mouse.
