Somebody help me!
I bought M/B that gigabyte GA-H61M-S2PV. of cuz I checked tonymac DSDT DB.
But my M/B is Rev2.0 not 1.0
Tonymac's DSDT GA-H61M-S2PV were made for Rev 1.0 and F2 version. and it can be use on Rev2.0

if somebody patched for Rev2.0 plz share it for me.
As I know, Rev2.0's Bios version is FA and
it changed to Ethernet atheros AR8151 and ALC887.
other things? I don't know.

Now I just using easy beast, and it doesn't work for power off, sleep function.
and it has graphic noise(white line) and sometimes Freezing PC.

Should I wait TONYMAC's DADT update?

My system is that
Intel 2500K, 8G ram, Intel HD3000

Please I have a same motherboard that have bios firmware FA

Please I can't Enable my HDMI audio
VoodooHda can't fix it

Hey Gang,
Check out this link - viewtopic.php?f=14&t=35559. Samisnake put together a great guide for creating your own DSDT. Nothing too scary. Worst that happens is you have DSDT that prevents your system from booting. If that happens, use something like rBoot to get back to your system and remove the DSDT from /Extra.

Good luck

I have the same board rev2.0, bios FA. (could flash to FD if required) I'm also trying to figure out the patching/editing of the DSDT, have read the guide but am still confused.
Have the system up & running except sound, ethernet & some extras on the graphics (EVGA NVIDIA GT520)

I'm using DSDT Editor (don't forget to download & install JAVA for Lion from the apple site) have corrected the inital errors, but not sure what to put where at the next stage..

This board isn't listed in the patches on olarila, so I've been trying to edit the DSDT following MacMan's minimal edit instructions for the 1155 sockets, but am struggling and just keep getting a kernel panic.... Most of the things it says to edit arn't in the DSDT I've extracted :banghead:

Any hints appeciated

:D I've now got the internet connection working, bought an LM Technologies LM006, plugged it in & loaded the drivers off the disk & it worked no problems. This has cured the problem of iTunes giving error (-50).

So just need to get the audio working now. QuickTime still gives error (-101) which I hope is because the audio isn't working...

So looks like the onboard sound ALC887 going to be my puzzle of the day

 Any hints appreciated

Have you tried this in MultiBeast ? still no sound ?

 Yeah, I've tried the MultiBeast ALC887/888b.

However, when I look in "about this mac"> "more info">"system report" it's showing the audio as Intel High Definition Audio, ID ALC887, but there's no drop down for the speakers, line out, etc..

When i look in system preferences>sound it's saying no output devices found and the mute is ticked, but it's greyed out.

Audio works fine in Win7.... :banghead:

I now have sound and onboard ethernet working, a fully functioning hackintosh!!!!
The DSDT is on FA bios if you can revert to this I can give you the edited DSDT used on my setup.

without DSDT
I can enable onboard sound with voodooHDA
Eternet from osx86.net

But I can't enable HDMI sound on my VGA card Asus en210 :banghead: :banghead:

lorkoma,
I used VoodooHDA that had been modified for alc887 but this was after doing the DSDT edits, Not sure about HDMI as I have not tried as it is unlikely I will need this feature.
I used the latest Multibeast 4.3.2 and the Atheros kext included for the ethernet.
