GA-Z68MX-UD2H-B3 F5 DSDT,SHOULD I UPDATE?!?!?!? PLEASE HELP

Hi all I have a GA-Z68MX-UD2H-B3 motherboard and it has the F5 BIOS. The new F12 BIOS and DSDT have come out but I don't know whether I should update as I don't want any faults.

Any help is much appreciated.

Normally you update when you got issues, but if everything is working fine then you are just looking for trouble, unless you got lot of time to kill.

2600K i7 CPU
1 TB WD caviar Black drive
Gforce 450 GTs
8 gb DDR3 2000 mhz corsair ram, running at 1866 mhz ovrclocked.
