Is there a DSDT for the G1.Guerrilla? I have searched around but found nothing..

Hi, have you found anything yet? I'm looking for the same. I'll truly appreciate any help.

Hi,

I've followed the steps to install unibeast as described. Everything worked fine. I have a working OSX 10.7 installation. Now, I followed "samisnake" advice about downloading the DSDT editor and the corresponding motherboard patch. Of course, I downloaded them from my laptop because my customac doesn't have internet connection yet. Then, I also installed easybeast and system utilities form MultiBeast software. So, I can boot form the SSD.

I tried to run the DSDT editor but it requires JAVA runtime. The following message appears: "To open DSDT editor, you need to install a JAVA runtime, but you are not connected to the internet. To install JAVA runtime later, open DSDT Editor again"

I searched in MultiBeast and installed "Realtek Gigabit Ethernet 2.0.6 for 10.7" under the network option inside Drivers & Bootloaders category. But it doesn't work neither recognize the ethernet port of my board.

I must say that I tried with and without installing all the stuff mentioned above but nothing works.

How can I run the DSDT editor if I don't have and can't also access to JAVA run time?.
Is there any way to install JAVA runtime without internet connection? or can I download Java runtime from another computer to later transfer it to my customac?

What do you think?

Any advice is greatly appreciated!

My build:

Gigabyte G.1 Guerrilla
Intel Core i7 970
EVGA Geforce GTX 460 1GB DDR 5
4 GB Ram DDR3 Corsair Vengance 1600
Corsair SSD 120 GB SATA 3

can get java here http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1421

that board uses the bigfoot killer e2100 ethernet chipset, and from what i can see from a quick google search, there isnt any info on getting it working.
the realtek driver you installed wont work for obvious reasons

Hi samisnake,

At least, I obtained the .AML file using the DSDT editor and used it with MultiBeast user DSDT editor option. I restarted the system as described in the last step of MultiBeast guide.

Now, when I try to boot, it always shows the following message:

"You need to restart your computer. Hold down the Power button until it turns of, then press the Power button again"

Then, I can't boot.

What I'm missing? What's wrong?
Did I miss anything to install form the MultiBeast menu? I was thinkng that just with user DSDT it will be fine.

If I end with a fully working customac, I'll truly donate because of your work and support .

I'm really dissappointed and I hope not to give up.

Thank you

boot up using -v, wait till the text stops, then take a photo and upload

What happened samisnake? Didn't you recieve the pic?

has kp'd on appleintelcpupowermanagement, and mentions 'cpu has no hpet assigned'
go into the bios and look for a setting called hpet 64 or something like that.
