I was looking through the various Z68 motherboards on Gigabyte's site and found this model, GA-Z68M-D2H. It looks perfect for my needs, doesn't have the extraneous features GA-Z68MX-UD2H-B3 and it's a bit cheaper than the GA-Z68MX-UD2H-B3. But there doesn't seem to be a DSDT for it.

Is there any chance a DSDT could be made for this board?

+1 to this.

I am looking at purchasing this motherboard. Although I would think you would be able to get it working without a DSDT.

I have this motherboard and I'm going to try to install Mac OS X in a few days. I hope it will work fine because I'm new in x86.

I think I am going to go with the GA-Z68MA-D2H-B3 board now. Plus there is a DSDT in the database.

Was anyone here successful on getting the GA-Z68M-D2H motherboard fully working as a hackintosh? how did you do it? what OS X did you get it to work up to, 10.6.8? 10.7?

Please let me know. I purchased this motherboard and I have not been able to get a working hackintosh out of it yet. any help is greatly appreciated.

i had snow leopard running perfectly on my GA-Z68MA-D2H-B3 board with no issues but in lion i can't seem to get the app store to work no matter what. other than that this board works flawless!
