First you'd have to extract the DSDT:

...then, I guess, you could post it here and ask whether someone would kindly edit it for you.

i have the same board as you, and im a complete noob at this too. did you manage to get a dsdt???

What do you need the DSDT for? The board works just fine without one. I've been using it since day it was out in the market and no one has ever successfully created one DSDT for it.

maybe a copy and paste error, i cant see it either

that was an old guide i made based on dsdt autopatcher, support for which has since been pulled. it was deleted which is why you cant see it.

the new guide is based on dsdt editor and mobo specific patches. you can find the link in my sig

Ok, so I ahve this board and it works killer using multibeast. I have a pretty basic guide I posted when I first got it up. If you need help as you go feel free to ask. As far as a DSDT I just followed the guide posted from before just out of curiosity and made one, though I haven't tested it on a fresh install. I didn't patch the audio yet as I forget what audio it uses. At some point in the coming weeks I'll be getting a new ssd, and I'm gonna do a fresh install on and I'll test out my self made dsdt and post it for ya if you want. In the meanwhile, I wouldn't hesitate just using mulitbeast one bit.

So it was a bust... It causes kernel panics. I'll keep working on it though.

if you are getting kernel panics after using userdsdt with the dsdt you made yourself, it is most likely because of the intelcpupowermanagement.kext.

the ways around the kp are to either use nullcpumanagement.kext (available in multibeast) or to patch the original kext with speedstepper (google, theres a thread on insanelymac).
